Import.io delivers a SaaS product that enables users to convert the mass of data on web sites into structured, machine readable data with no coding required. Our highly efficient and scalable platform allows customers to process 1,000s of URLs concurrently or on a schedule and gain access to millions of rows of data that they use for hundreds of different use cases. Most common uses include building training/testing sets for machine learning models, doing retail price monitoring analysis, lead generation activities, application development, market research, academic research, store locations etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong trusted technical relationships with prospects and customers:

  • Understand the project and desired outcome
  • Understand customers complex technical requirements
  • Offer expertise in how to use our product
  • Respond to Customer tickets and chat inquiries
  • Knowledge Base updates & tutorials
  • Bug reporting & monitoring

Provide efficient and relevant feedback on customer needs and requirements to relevant stakeholders within the business in order to shape and evolve our product in real time (eg: product management, engineering, sales)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Start-up experience
  • 1-2 years Support experience
  • 1-2 years in a SaaS environment would be ideal

  • Excellent communication skills: email, phone and in-person

SKILLS:

  • Good understanding of web technology, including HTML, http protocol, CSS, xpath
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply technology to customer requirements
  • Ability to manage priorities in a high paced target oriented environment
  • Must be a passionate problem solver and thrive on delivering the very best customer experience
